Battenwear got its start in New York City, but now has a design studio in California's bohemian Topanga Canyon. They describe their designs as being made for the contemporary adventurer: someone who needs clothes that work in the great outdoors just as well as in the city, and look great the whole time.
Inspired by surfers from the '60s, '70s, and '80s
Look 1 | Corduroy Travel Cap, Lumberjack Pullover Heavyweight Flannel, Travel Shell Parka, Brushed Bull Denim Bouldering Pant

Battenwear's aesthetic takes cues from 1960s to 1980s surfer and outdoor wear styles. The brand's designer, Shinya Hasegawa, is inspired by that era's constant waves of change and forward movement.
