An updated version of the Valenkii, a traditional felt boot worn by the Russian army in the 1990s. Made in a factory that historically produced military shoes for the most expert craftsmanship. These ankle boots have a thick Italian suede upper that has been Scotchgarded, meaning you can stomp through any puddle or snowbank. The thick rubber cup sole's uneven surface increases grip: great for icy sidewalks. Even better, they zip up, meaning no fussy laces to deal with when your fingers are frozen.
