Prices

We set shipping prices using flat rates by zone. During checkout, you can calculate your shipping estimate based on your location. We are dealing with global fuel surcharges at the moment and have done our best to find a happy medium with equitable pricing while still absorbing these cost ourselves as best as possible. 

  • Zone 1: Netherlands, 
    • €7 (free on all orders over €75) via PostNL
    • in store pickup: free and you might get to pet a dog!

  • Zone 2: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg
    • €15 (free on all orders over €150) via PostNL Connect
    • DHL Express Upgrade available for expedited shipping at additional cost

  • Zone 3: Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
    • €20 (free on all orders over €250) via PostNL Connect
    • DHL Express Upgrade available for expedited shipping at additional cost
       
  • Zone 4: Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Norway, Romania, Switzerland, United States, South Korea, Hong Kong
    • €36 (free on all orders over €375) - DHL Express Worldwide (3-4 business days for delivery)

  • Zone 5: Rest of world
    • €65 (free on all orders over €600) - DHL Express Worldwide (7 business days for delivery)

In Amsterdam or there abouts? We offer free in-person pick-up at our store at Kerkstraat 131. Select "Pick Up" when checking out. On our normal scheduled days that usually ready within 1 hour. Otherwise we will have your order ready within one business day. When collecting your order, please be sure to bring your confirmation email.

Timelines

We aim to process all orders within one business day. We'll get in touch with you if that won't be possible. You'll get a confirmation email from us with tracking information when your order ships. The amount of time the package takes to get to you will depend on the courier and your location.
