Description
This jacket from Still by Hand pushes the bounds of textiles with a cotton and paper (!) blend produced in Kojima, Okayama. The textile is made of rope-dyed indigo yarn for the warp and Japanese paper yarn for the weft. It's lightweight, supple, and breezy with a nice chambray sheen.
The fit of the jacket is boxy and long enough to slightly cover your rear. It has pleats at the elbow and sleeve hem for extra visual interest, as well as snap buttons on the front and at the pocket flaps. Throw over a t-shirt or lightweight button-up to look smart in the summer without breaking a sweat.
