The Loft Jacket from Arpenteur is not your average puffer. It's light and warm with an outer shell of water-repellant quilted nylon, and a technical PrimaLoft lining. So even if you get rained on, you'll stay both stylish and dry. This jacket buttons all the way up to the collar to guard your neck from the cold, and the buttons are just slightly off-center, giving it a beautiful asymmetry.
